COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER – ORCHARD ALLIANCE
Orchard Alliance, a subsidiary of The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination (The Alliance), is seeking a full-time nonexempt Communications Manager.

Orchard Alliance, a subsidiary of The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination (The Alliance), is seeking a full-time nonexempt Communications Manager. We are a nonprofit financial ministry headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, providing individuals, families, churches, and other like-minded organizations with a wide range of products and services. The primary responsibility of the Communications Manager is to manage internal and external communications to increase brand awareness and preference, generate leads, and develop social presence.
Primary Duties:
- Implement marketing and communications campaigns and monitor their success to reach organizational goals
- Manage communications across all channels, including direct mail, email, social, website, events, etc.
- Manage segmented audiences in various databases to ensure delivery of targeted communications
- Define key performance indicators for communication channels to measure success and effectiveness
- Manage internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale
- Interview Alliance, church, and ministry leaders for newsletter, website, and other articles
- Review and edit internal and external communications for brand standards, voice, grammar, etc.
Education and Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience working in a marketing or communications role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications campaigns
- Demonstrated success managing communications calendar and projects to meet different deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Superior written and verbal communications skills; able to write correspondence, create reports, make presentations, and comprehend information from coworkers and management
- Ability to think analytically and strategically with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong internal and external relationships
- Experience with marketing automation, email services, project management, and CRM software is preferred
